Skymark Group Pty Ltd is looking for a full-time Contract Administrator to join our team in NSW.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Contracts & Variations
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with contractors and subcontractors.
- Manage contract variations, extensions of time and other contract related matters.
- Oversee tender processes to make sure contracts meet company policies and legal standards.
Support & Problem-Solving
- Be the main point of contact for contract-related questions and issues.
- Liaise internally and externally as required (e.g. with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, etc) to resolve any contractual issues.
Documentation & Compliance
- Manage all contractual related documentation and correspondence, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.
Collaboration & Project Monitoring
- Liaise and collaborate with project teams, including managers, engineers, and architects, to make sure milestones and objectives are met.
- Monitor contracted work and report on progress and variations.
Reporting & Advice
- Prepare contract-related reports for senior management, following directions as required.
- Highlight any contractual issues and suggest improvements.
Continuous Improvement
- Recommend ways to improve contract administration processes and ensure better efficiency.
Skills, qualifications and experience
- Relevant diploma or at least 3 years of relevant work experience to substitute
- At least 1 year of work experience in contract administration, ideally in construction, building or engineering.
- Strong understanding of contract management principles and practices.
- Comfortable using contract management software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Can prioritise tasks, manage deadlines, and pay attention to detail under pressure.

The salary for this position is $77,000 per annum plus superannuation.
