First National Metro and First National Commercial is a long established residential and commercial real estate agency based in West End. We're looking for an experienced and proactive Sales and Marketing leader to provide high-level support to our Principal and sales team and ensure the smooth running of our fast-paced office.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, varied position suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, staying organised, and keeping a busy real estate operation running seamlessly.

You'll be responsible for:

1. Providing day-to-day support to Principal and sales team.
2. Overseeing general office management and administration
3. Coordinating listing administration and marketing campaigns for residential and commercial properties
4. Trust accounting, invoicing, and reconciliation tasks
5. Liaising with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure deadlines are met
6. Managing internal workflows, digital filing, and document compliance (Realworks, Rex CRM)
7. Supporting meetings and communications

You're a confident multitasker with excellent attention to detail and a calm, professional manner. Ideally, you'll bring:

Australian work authorisation is required for this position.

1. Prior experience in a real estate administration, EA, or office management role
2. Minimum 1 year of real estate administration experience is required
3. A working knowledge of real estate forms, trust accounting, and compliance requirements
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Proficiency in Rex CRM, Realworks, and similar software
6. A proactive attitude and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
7. Experience creating brand compliant collateral, with intermediate Canva skills desirable
8. Current Real Estate Lisence or ability to obtain one in in the next 3 months
