About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and hands-on ICT Business Analyst and the key responsibilities include:

·Work directly with clients to understand their business processes, technology needs, and pain points.

·Gather, clarify, and document business and functional requirements for small-scale IT and digital projects.

·Coordinate with developers, designers, and IT support staff to ensure solutions align with client expectations.

·Support user testing and project rollout activities, including preparing test cases and collecting feedback.

·Help improve internal processes related to client onboarding, service delivery, and support operations.

·Assist with basic data analysis and reporting to support decision-making within the business.

·Contribute to continuous improvement and help streamline small-business workflows.

Skills & Experience

1. 1-2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst or in a similar ICT role.
2. Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
3. Ability to analyse simple business processes and propose practical improvement ideas.
4. Understanding of common IT systems, digital platforms, and software implementation processes.
5. Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or relevant major

Salary Range

75k-85k +super
