Position: ICT Support Technician

Location: 7/1142 Mt Alexander Road, Essendon, VIC, 3040

Salary: AUD 77000 to 82000 + Super

Minimum Requirements:

1. AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma with atleast 1 year of experience

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

1. Provide first- and second-line support to staff and users via phone, email, or in person.
2. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
3. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and applications.

Network & System Maintenance:

1. Support the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of LAN/WAN networks and Wi-Fi systems.
2. Assist in managing servers, backups, and user accounts.
3. Ensure systems are protected with up-to-date security patches and antivirus software.

User Support & Training:

1. Assist users in understanding and effectively using IT systems.
2. Maintain documentation and guides for users and internal IT procedures.

Asset Management:

1. Keep accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, and warranties.
2. Manage the setup of new devices and the decommissioning of old ones.

System Improvement:

1. Suggest and help implement system upgrades or improvements.
2. Participate in IT projects and system rollouts.
