We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Network and Systems Engineer to join our team with below details.

Your Main Duties:

1. Reviewing and shaping advanced system frameworks, including network blueprints, architecture plans, and data structures, to support the development, setup, and seamless integration of specialised IT environments for clients.
2. Investigating and assessing existing network ecosystems to ensure infrastructure components are optimally configured and meet modern performance, scalability, and security standards.
3. Identifying opportunities for enhancements across network operations, and proposing upgrades to improve overall stability, efficiency, and user experience.
4. Delivering expert-level technical support by diagnosing complex network faults, responding to critical incidents, and implementing effective solutions to minimise downtime and service disruption.
5. Deploying and maintaining upgraded network equipment and platforms, including switches, routers, servers, workplace systems, and enterprise software, ensuring each installation meets client requirements and operational guidelines.
6. Developing customised network configurations and scripts to support specific goals, workflow needs, and system integration activities across different technology environments.
7. Documenting network environments, including asset inventories, system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, upgrade logs, and maintenance records to ensure transparency and continuity of service.
8. Observing real-time network behaviour, including traffic flow and capacity utilisation, to prevent performance degradation and support stable, efficient operations.

Your Skills and Experience:

1. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a closely related field.
2. At least 3 years of relevant software development experience, ideally in IT services, enterprise platforms, or SaaS environments.
3. Proficiency in network design, configuration, and optimisation.
4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to manage and maintain servers, networks, and system infrastructure.
6. Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.

Benefits:

1. Annual salary from $80,000 to $100,000 plus super for suitable candidate.
2. Full-time permanent contract.
