We’re a growing business with ~50 staff and a strong focus on delivering tailored ERP solutions. We’re looking for a hands-on Tech Team Leader/ Business Analyst to lead our small development team (currently two developers), drive technical delivery, and bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.

This is a hybrid role suited to someone who enjoys variety — from engaging with stakeholders and writing functional specs to guiding developers and implementing DevOps processes. You’ll also explore and implement low-code AI solutions using tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform, helping us stay ahead of the curve without needing deep AI engineering. This role would suit a Senior Solution Architect / BA.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the development team: Provide technical direction, mentor developers, and oversee solution delivery.
2. Implement DevOps practices: including source control and versioning.
3. Business analysis: Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, write functional specifications, and prepare commercial proposals.
4. AI agent development: Use low-code tools (Copilot Studio, Power Platform) to build intelligent agents and automations that enhance our ERP systems.
5. Solution design: Architect scalable, maintainable solutions that align with business needs and budget.
6. Team growth: Help shape the future of the team by identifying skill gaps and assisting in hiring additional resources as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience

1. 7+ years in software development or IT, with experience in solution architecture and business analysis.
2. Strong understanding of ERP systems and integration workflows.
3. Implement strong DevOps systems and processes
4. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio (or similar low-code AI tools).
5. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a small business environment.
7. Bonus: Experience writing commercial proposals or working in client-facing roles.
