Position Description

This role is ideal for a skilled Analyst Programmer who thrives on solving real-world business problems through smart, scalable software. You will play a key role in designing and maintaining internal systems that support property listings, tenancy workflows, CRM, and compliance automation.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional software solutions
2. Design, develop, test, and maintain custom applications and internal platforms
3. Maintain current software API and relative subscriptions, manage all stream data and build data warehouse
4. Design, reconstruct, develop current internal platforms and custom applications
5. Analyse property commercial business requirement and translate them into AI property management platform solutions
6. Collaborate with property managers, sales teams, and compliance officers to digitise workflows
7. Maintain and enhance systems for listings, CRM, document management, and reporting
8. Identify and resolve system inefficiencies, bugs, and security vulnerabilities
9. Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials
10. Support data integration across platforms and ensure data integrity
11. Contribute to IT strategy, system upgrades, and digital innovation initiatives

Skills & Experience Required

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field
2. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in analyst programming or software development
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PHP
4. Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server) and web frameworks
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Familiarity with real estate or property AI management systems is highly desirable
7. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
8. Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy best practices is a plus
