This role is ideal for a programmer who understands how tailored software can empower frontline agents and back-office teams alike.
Position Description
This role is ideal for a skilled Analyst Programmer who thrives on solving real-world business problems through smart, scalable software. You will play a key role in designing and maintaining internal systems that support property listings, tenancy workflows, CRM, and compliance automation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional software solutions
- Design, develop, test, and maintain custom applications and internal platforms
- Maintain current software API and relative subscriptions, manage all stream data and build data warehouse
- Design, reconstruct, develop current internal platforms and custom applications
- Analyse property commercial business requirement and translate them into AI property management platform solutions
- Collaborate with property managers, sales teams, and compliance officers to digitise workflows
- Maintain and enhance systems for listings, CRM, document management, and reporting
- Identify and resolve system inefficiencies, bugs, and security vulnerabilities
- Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials
- Support data integration across platforms and ensure data integrity
- Contribute to IT strategy, system upgrades, and digital innovation initiatives
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in analyst programming or software development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PHP
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server) and web frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with real estate or property AI management systems is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy best practices is a plus
