The Opportunity:
As our Software Developer you will build, maintain, enhance and test Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications aligned with departmental standards and architecture whilst ensuring the applications meet performance benchmarks and service level agreements. You will apply problem-solving strategies to identify, analyse, evaluate, and implement effective solutions.
You will also be responsible to:
- Provide insights on service requests and enhancements, balancing feasibility and design.
- Play an active role in incident, change, and release management processes across a diverse portfolio of applications.
- Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining an awareness of emerging ICT technologies to meet evolving organisational needs.
- Share knowledge and contribute to team growth and innovation.
- Maintain system documentation to support best-practice operations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, where ethical practices, workplace safety, equity, and diversity are valued.
What we are looking for (qualifications, registrations, experience):
We are looking for a passionate individual who can understand the delivery across Dynamics-based solutions and is competent across Microsoft Dynamics 365:
- platform capabilities
- configuration, customisation and development patterns and tools
- data modelling and management
- DevOps practices including version control and CI/CD.
The ideal candidate will also have:
- Knowledge across the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with adherence to standards and timeframes.
- Experience in Agile project delivery methodologies. Desirable
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications or tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline. Desirable
