This role is ideal for a programmer who understands how tailored software can empower frontline agents and back-office teams alike.
Position Description
As an ICT Business Analyst, you will play a central role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. Working closely with our internal IT team, property managers, and compliance staff, you will analyse workflows, identify system improvements, and help implement digital tools that enhance service delivery and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritise business requirements
- Analyse existing systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Develop functional specifications and assist in solution design and implementation
- Coordinate testing, training, and change management activities
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to guide enhancements
- Ensure digital solutions align with real estate compliance, tenancy legislation, and operational goals
- Collaborate with developers and support staff to deliver integrated, user-friendly systems
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business analysis or systems consulting
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with property management systems or CRM platforms highly desirable
- Excellent documentation, communication, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with NSW tenancy legislation and real estate workflows is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
