We at Litani Bathroom Services are looking for an experienced Supply & Distribution Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain operations for our bathroom and kitchen sanitaryware, fittings, and tiles business. The role involves managing inventory, coordinating suppliers, supervising warehouse operations, and ensuring efficient product distribution to customers and project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain optimal stock levels for tiles, sanitaryware, faucets, accessories, and related products.
- Monitor inventory movement, product batches, tile lots, and reorder levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers (local & international) to ensure timely replenishment.
- Manage warehouse operations, storage planning, labeling, and safety procedures.
- Ensure proper handling and dispatch of fragile and heavy products.
- Plan delivery schedules and optimize logistics routes to reduce delivery time and cost.
- Work closely with sales teams to support order fulfilment and project requirements.
- Track vehicle movement, shipments, and resolve delivery issues.
- Prepare inventory and logistics reports for management review.
- Implement process improvements to reduce breakage, returns, and overall supply chain costs.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of sanitaryware, tiles, or building materials (preferred).
- Good understanding of warehouse management and inventory systems.
- Strong communication and vendor management skills.
- Ability to manage logistics teams and delivery staff.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in supply, logistics, or warehouse management (building materials industry preferred).
