Key Responsibilities

1. Translate architectural design concepts into precise, code-compliant technical drawings, 2D/3D models, and comprehensive documentation (including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details) for residential, commercial, and community projects.
2. Collaborate closely with architects, managers, engineers, and clients to translate design concepts into accurate, buildable drafts.
3. Ensure all drawings adhere to building codes, local regulations, and industry standards for quality and compliance.
4. Revise and refine documentation based on stakeholder feedback, design iterations, and on-site requirements.
5. Assist in maintaining drawing libraries, version control, and project documentation archives for efficient workflow.
6. Support material specification, quantity take-offs, and coordination with trades to align drafts with construction practicality.

Required Qualifications & Skills

1. Diploma or higher in Architectural Technology, Building Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting (residential/commercial projects preferred).
3. Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD) and familiarity with BIM workflows.
4. Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to produce precise, error-free technical documentation.
5. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
