About the Role

SignBoys Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Signwriter for a permanent full-time position in McLaren Vale. The role covers the full signage process—from design through to fabrication and on-site installation.

Key Duties

1. Interpret client briefs, drawings and instructions.
2. Design and prepare artwork using signmaking software (CorelDRAW, Illustrator).
3. Operate vinyl cutters, large-format printers, laminators and CNC routers.
4. Prepare and fabricate signage using ACM, acrylic, PVC and other substrates.
5. Apply vinyl graphics to vehicles, windows and various surfaces.
6. Install signage on-site, including safe use of ladders or elevated platforms.
7. Provide cost estimates for labour and materials.

Skills & Experience

1. Previous experience in signmaking, production or installation.
2. Competent with signage equipment and design software.
3. Strong practical skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work onsite and at heights when required.
5. Current driver’s licence.

Qualification

1. Certificate III in Signs and Graphics is required or equivalent AQF qualification
