Role Overview

We seek a dedicated ICT Support & Test Engineer to support our “AI Class” platform and broader ICT services at IT PANDA. You will work closely with developers, educators, clients and internal teams to ensure our software is reliable, stable and meets quality standards — and that our ICT infrastructure delivers seamless support for the education platform.

Key Responsibilities

1. Work with product managers, developers and clients to understand functional and non-functional requirements for the “AI Class” platform.
2. Design, implement and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases and test scripts (functional, integration, system, regression).
3. Identify and document defects or inconsistencies, coordinate with development teams to reproduce, fix and verify issues.
4. Provide ICT support and troubleshooting — for system issues, network problems, user support requests related to “AI Class” or other ICT services.
5. Develop or maintain automated test scripts or testing tools (using appropriate programming/scripting languages) to improve testing efficiency and reliability.
6. Assist with deployment processes, version control, release management to ensure smooth rollout of new features or updates.
7. Maintain documentation: test results, support logs, incident reports, and ensure compliance with quality assurance and ICT support procedures.
8. Collaborate with educators, clients or stakeholders when needed to support education-platform operations (e.g. when integrating new learning modules, system maintenance, platform upgrades).

Skills & Qualifications

1. Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
2. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), quality assurance and testing methodologies.
3. Experience with manual testing and ideally automated testing.
4. Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Bash or similar) to write test scripts or support tools.
5. Strong problem-solving, diagnostic and debugging skills.
6. Experience in ICT support, network/system maintenance, or user support — desirable especially for an education-platform context.
7. Excellent communication skills — ability to liaise with developers, clients, internal teams and users.
8. Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to software quality and user experience.
9. Ability to adapt to a dynamic, cross-functional team environment combining software, ICT support and education delivery.
