Procedures Analyst


Logica Logistics Pty Ltd is seeking a Procedures Analyst to support the analysis, optimisation and standardisation of organisational workflows, systems and documentation across our logistics operations. This full-time role plays a key part in strengthening efficiency, compliance and continuous improvement within the business.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyse organisational workflows, systems and documentation frameworks to identify inefficiencies, duplication and process gaps.
  2. Evaluate current-state processes using mapping, capability assessments and root-cause analysis.
  3. Develop revised procedures, methods and process architectures to enhance operational accuracy and consistency.
  4. Prepare structured recommendations for workflow optimisation and governance improvements.
  5. Analyse KPIs, performance metrics and operational data to support managerial decision-making.
  6. Conduct organisational reviews and capability assessments against standards and internal policies.
  7. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align and integrate revised workflows and methods.
  8. Support change-management activities, including rollout, adoption and training of updated procedures.
  9. Maintain high-quality process maps, documentation frameworks, templates and SOPs.

Skills & Experience

  1. Experience in administrative analysis, operational support or process improvement roles.
  2. Strong analytical skills with capability in process mapping and workflow documentation.
  3. Ability to prepare structured reports and interpret operational data.
  4. Familiarity with WHS compliance, audits and safety documentation.
  5. Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics workflows and inventory management principles.
  6. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  7. Proficiency with Excel, WMS platforms, reporting tools and documentation software.

Qualifications

  1. Diploma or Bachelor in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
  2. Training in Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement frameworks (desirable).
  3. Demonstrated knowledge of organisational process mapping and procedural documentation.
