TECHNINE MSP Pty Ltd is a growing managed service provider delivering comprehensive IT solutions, software development and systems support to businesses across New South Wales. We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join our development team and assist in delivering high-quality digital solutions for our clients.

Position Responsibilities

• Develop, test and maintain software applications based on business and client requirements

• Participate in full SDLC process — analysis, design, coding, debugging and deployment

• Work collaboratively with other engineers and technical teams to deliver project outcomes

• Contribute to automation, integration and continuous improvement initiatives

• Troubleshoot software issues and provide ongoing technical support

• Maintain secure coding practices and compliance with industry standards

• Prepare documentation including technical specifications and user guides

Skills & Experience

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent

• Strong working knowledge in one or more programming languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python, JavaScript)

• Experience with APIs, cloud platforms and modern development frameworks

• Understanding of database systems and version control tools (e.g. Git)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
