Over this time, we have developed a strong reputation for resolving a wide range of building and engineering issues, consistently providing practical and cost-effective solutions tailored to each project’s needs.

We are looking for a Civil Engineering Drafter to join our team in Sydney, NSW, on a full-time basis.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Work with Civil Engineers in preparation of drawings such as sketches, charts, plans and designs for civil engineering works, 3D BIM modelling and preparation of specifications;
2. Preparea survey of quantitative materials for budgeting;
3. On-site technical visit to inspect the projects;
4. Ability to communicate with engineers and project managers;
5. Attending to compliance with local regulations and safety standards;
6. Managing project budgets and timelines;
7. Strong analytical skills, knowledge of engineering software, and a thorough understanding of the Building Code of Australia & Associated Australian Standards.

Qualification:

1. At least a Diploma of Civil Engineering or Civil Design, or equivalent

Experience:

1. Minimum 2 years of work experience in the industry

Skills:

1. Ability to work with Microsoft Office, Autocad, Revit, Sketchup, Vertex BD, Solidworks, and Strap.
2. Interpersonal skills to be able to work in a team and have self-initiative to work unsupervised
3. Strategic thinking and client communication skills
