We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Systems Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission and growth.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Full-Time talented and experienced Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising our information and communication technology systems, with a specific focus on the fire safety and the LED lighting industry. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of technology solutions and facilitate the efficient operation of our business processes.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  2. Identifying, investigating, and analysing business processes, procedures, and work practices.
  3. Prepare comprehensive documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
  4. Analyse and evaluate our existing ICT systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  5. Develop project plans, including the management of projects from design to execution.
  6. Acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process.
  7. Taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting, and implementing system test plans, to ensure an acceptable quality and the integrity of the system.

The successful candidate will meet the following Requirements:

  1. Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Have qualifications and experience relating to project management.
  3. Have Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, preferably in the fire safety and LED Lighting industry.
  4. Have in-depth knowledge of ICT systems, network infrastructure, and software development methodologies.
  5. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex systems and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  7. Be proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable

  1. Knowledge of the Fire Safety and Electrical Industry
  2. Excellent spoken and written English

Role – Full Time; Salary - $70,000 - $85,000.
