Real Estate Photographer / Marketing Assistant 5-10 hours/week
Duties Include: •Photographing residential properties (camera equipment provided.) •Setting up and taking down property signs. •Creating apartment/property advertisements in our database. •Posting property ads online. •Writing creative and appealing property descriptions. •Various office and administrative duties.
Skills & Requirements: •Photography experience not required — we will train you (owning later iPhone preferred). •-Phone photography skills are a plus/preferred. •Comfortable using a computer; Mac experience strongly preferred. •Photoshop experience helpful, but we will train. •Strong writing skills and excellent English are a must. •Ability to write creative, attention-grabbing advertisements. •Reliable car and valid driver’s license required. •Professional, dependable, and comfortable working around residential propert. •Hours are flexible and this position is ideal for someone looking for a part-time daytime role.
