TV Network Monitoring Center Operator is a shift position in charge of monitoring telecommunications services , including :
- Watch TV Monitors displaying TV Channels
- Use computer based monitoring and alarm systems
- Answer telephone calls from customers
- Answer emails regarding issues on services
- Check equipment status based on remote instructions from engineers
- Write end of shift reports

Good communications skills required
Fluent English
Basic Computer knowledge required
