APH Estimating LLC is looking for an experienced Professional Estimator to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Xactimate experience is strongly preferred, especially experience with insurance restoration estimates.

Position Details:

* Full-time position
* Monday–Friday
* 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
* $85,000 annual salary
* Strong potential for growth within the company

Preferred Qualifications:

* Estimating experience in construction, restoration, or insurance-related repairs
* Xactimate knowledge strongly preferred
* Ability to read scopes, estimates, and construction documents
* Strong computer and communication skills
* Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects
* Professional communication with homeowners, insurance adjusters, contractors, and project managers
* Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
