About the Opportunity


We are currently recruiting for a Senior MS Dynamics Technical Analyst for our Ottawa based client. The winning candidate must possess or be eligible to obtain PWGSC Secret Clearance. Our client offers a challenging work environment as well as work/life balance.

Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Engage with the team and business units to identify all relevant stakeholders, meet and work with them regularly, and to understand, gather, document and evaluate the unit's business needs
  • Combine Dynamics CRM applications knowledge with an understanding of the challenges facing the business units to propose and explain how the adoption of new features or processes that would improve upon current workflows and the overall current situation
  • Translate business requirements, implement system enhancements and drive process improvements
  • Develop options that meet business requirements and guide the team through design and configuration
  • Develop and document test scripts and test configuration changes
  • Execute application changes within the scope of the overall project(s) managed by the project leadership
  • Follow processes and work with the project team to complete the work within the timelines of the overall project(s)
  • Lead and support the user acceptance process for the overall workflows in the system
  • Raise issues or concerns, including potential cross-functional impacts or risks that may affect any of the project’s key performance indicators, including scope, schedule and quality, in a timely way
  • Provide input and support to the team on the overall impact of proposed changes to business processes within the impacted business application(s) and implications for process flows outside of the system

  • Business requirements documentation (BRDs)
  • User stories and acceptance criteria
  • Functional design specifications
  • CRM configuration documentation
  • Test plans, test scripts and defect logs
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination materials
  • Training and knowledge transfer documentation
About the Job

This is a 6 month, remote, contract role with a well-established, dynamic organization. The pay rate for this role is $80.00+ per hour, dependent on relevant experience
