Please read each requirement to understand the scope of the project.

You MUST be an independent web designer and developer, NOT ASSOCIATED or working for a company. If you are a company soliciting business, you WILL NOT get a response.

1. You MUST be physically located in Atlanta as there will be in person meetings throughout the development of the website.
2. NO online meetings.
3. NO remote development outside of the city of Atlanta. If you are not located, physically, in Atlanta; I will not respond. It does not matter the low cost or level of expertise. NO exceptions. You MUST BE physically located in Atlanta.
4. How many years of experience developing websites?
5. Have you built fully functional, custom website compatible with WordPress? I may want to host the site on a web server or Wordpress. I have not decided.
6. What is your experience with Wordpress? You MUST be an expert with working knowledge and experience to develop a website using Wordpress. This is not a learning opportunity or learning on the fly. You MUST already be experience in developing websites using Wordpress.
7. Is your web development hand coded/custom coded? Meaning no templates or website builders like Wix.
8. Are you proficient in coding languages, including C, C++, Python, R, PHP, HTML, & CSS?
9. Do you have experience with graphics and logo design?
10. One of the pages of the website will have a survey. Are you capable of developing online surveys & custom forms? Or integrating a survey created with Microsoft Forms?
11. Are you capable of creating a simple back-end databases to capture data from online surveys?
12. Are you capable of generating analytics from survey responses to extract insights?
13. Are you capable of creating real-time, online graphs for visualizing survey data? Those will be included in a dashboard.
14. Are you capable of creating a dashboard with filters for the analysis (responses) on the survey?
15. Are you capable of building/integrating a "Search" function for the website?
