Yardcrafters is hiring a Mowing Crew Member to join our team.

No mowing or landscaping experience is required — we’ll train the right person.

We’re a locally owned lawn care and landscape company that has been serving Topeka since 2016. If you’re dependable, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in doing quality work, we’d like to talk with you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Residential and commercial lawn mowing
• String trimming and edging
• Operating commercial zero-turn mowers and equipment
• Blowing off sidewalks, driveways, and other hard surfaces
• Loading, unloading, and caring for equipment
• Working as part of a two-person mowing crew

After mowing season, our work transitions into fall leaf cleanup and removal, followed by snow and ice management during the winter, providing opportunities for consistent work beyond the mowing season.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Dependable and consistently on time
• Valid driver’s license required
• Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work efficiently as part of a team
• Attention to detail and pride in your work

PAY & BENEFITS

• Performance-based pay, typically equivalent to $18–$20/hour depending on crew production
• 3-day weekends most weeks
