FAST GUARD SERVICE is seeking a dependable, professional, and highly alert Unarmed Security Officer for overnight security coverage at a development/construction site in Tiffin, Iowa.

Location: Tiffin, IA
? Position: 1 Unarmed Security Officer
Schedule: Monday – Sunday
? Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
? Shift Length: 12 Hours
PAY RATE: $26.00 PER HOUR

SECURITY DUTIES

The assigned officer will provide overnight protection of the development site by maintaining a highly visible and professional security presence while helping deter trespassing, theft, vandalism, property damage, and unauthorized activity.

Responsibilities include:

? Monitor entrances, gates, and access points
? Conduct randomized interior and exterior perimeter patrols
? Deter trespassing, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized dumping
? Monitor construction materials, tools, equipment, and other valuable property
? Inspect fencing, trailers, vehicles, and storage areas for irregularities
? Remain alert for suspicious persons, vehicles, or activity
? Identify and immediately report safety and security concerns
? Take photographs and document unusual conditions or incidents
? Maintain accurate Digital Daily Activity Reports (DARs)
? Notify Fast Guard Service management and the designated client contact of significant concerns
? Call 911 when police, fire, or emergency medical assistance is required
? Maintain required geofenced check-in and check-out records
? Follow all site-specific post orders and Fast Guard Service procedures

REQUIREMENTS

? Dependable and punctual — attendance is critical
? Professional appearance and conduct
? Strong observation and communication skills
? Ability to remain alert throughout a 12-hour overnight shift
? Reliable transportation
? Working smartphone with internet access
? Ability to take and upload required photographs
? Ability to accurately complete DARs and incident reports
? Must follow all post orders and company procedures
? Must meet all applicable security licensing requirements
