The Renovation & Repair Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of property maintenance tasks, including renovations, general repairs, troubleshooting issues during house calls, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Perform renovations such as flooring installation, drywall repair, painting, carpentry, fixture replacement, and minor remodeling.

Complete general repairs including plumbing fixes, electrical troubleshooting (non?licensed tasks), appliance repairs, door/window adjustments, and cosmetic improvements.

Respond to house calls to diagnose issues, provide on?site solutions, and communicate repair needs clearly to property managers or homeowners.

Conduct routine maintenance such as seasonal checks, preventative repairs, and safety inspections.

Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working order.

Document work performed and update service logs or work orders.

Provide excellent customer service by being punctual, respectful, and transparent about repair timelines and costs.

Follow safety protocols and comply with building codes and company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of general construction, renovation techniques, and home repair.

Ability to troubleshoot issues independently.

Experience with hand and power tools.

Good communication and customer?service skills.

Valid driver’s license for traveling to house calls.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in property management or residential maintenance.

Certifications in carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical (not required but beneficial).

Ability to estimate job costs and materials.
