Available Shifts:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Pay: Depends on Experience (DOE)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Line Mechanic to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and packaging equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and automated systems.

Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild production equipment, including:
Unscramblers
Pacific Rotary Fillers
Inline Fillers
Norden Tube Fillers
Resina Cappers
Labeling Machines
Inkjet Coders
Conveyors
Pumps and related packaging equipment
Perform production line changeovers and equipment setups according to production schedules.
Verify and validate setup sheets and operational requirements.
Build transfer lines and connect pumps as needed.
Perform washout and sanitization procedures for filling systems following company SOPs.
Complete preventive and scheduled maintenance tasks according to MP2 work orders.
Read and interpret equipment manuals, P&ID diagrams, and technical documentation.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform major repairs.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels of critical spare parts.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience working on liquid filling production lines in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and automation systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair packaging and filling equipment.
Experience with preventive maintenance programs and work order systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with alcohol filling operations.
