Monday through Friday – 8am to 4:30pm
$18.42hr to start.

A full-service cosmetics and skincare contract manufacturer with an emphasis on building strong customer relationships, providing superior R&D services, and producing a high-quality product is seeking Packagers to join their team in Chatsworth.

Summary: Packagers play a critical role in ensuring finished products are accurately assembled, packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
• Work on a fast-paced production line packaging cosmetic and skincare products.
• Insert products, components, or promotional materials into finished packaging.
• Close, seal, and assemble product packaging according to specifications.
• Pack finished goods into cartons for shipment.
• Apply labels accurately to finished products and shipping containers.
• Inspect products and packaging for quality, accuracy, and defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety guidelines.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:
• Previous packaging or manufacturing experience.
• Experience in cosmetics, skincare, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable with good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds as needed.
