Independent Maintenance Contractor – Apartment Property

We are seeking a reliable and skilled maintenance contractor to assist with the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of a multi-unit apartment property.

Scope of Work May Include:

- General workspace upkeep and cleanliness
- Responding to maintenance requests (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
- Flooring
- Groundskeeping (lawn care, sprinkler maintenance, etc)
- Plumbing repairs (leaks, fixtures, clogs)
- Basic electrical work (outlets, switches, lighting, fans)
- Drywall repair / Installation, patching, and painting
- Appliance troubleshooting and minor repairs
- Identifying and addressing maintenance issues proactively
- Assisting with occasional on-site needs such as vendor coordination or basic check-ins when required
- Experience with landscaping, maintenance, or similar work
- Someone reliable, self-motivated
- Able to lift and move heavy items
- Able to work independently and get things done
- Help with misc. tasks and small jobs as needed

Ideal Candidate:

- Has broad maintenance experience (handyman-type skillset)
- Is dependable, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently while maintaining clear communication with management
- Comfortable documenting work performed and providing receipts when needed
- Has own tools and reliable transportation
- Communicates clearly and professionally
*Prior apartment or property maintenance experience is a plus*
