You do not need a college degree for this position but you must be loyal honest and a great communicator. You will be respected and have security with you at all times.

There is some structure however. You will work from home 80% of the time you will work a rotating 3/4 schedule, so 3 days a week one week and 4 days the next. You need no experience to do this.
