Pohaku Staffing Services is a local Honolulu company specializing in staffing positions for homeowner associations. We pride ourselves on trying to find the perfect candidate for the right building.

We are currently hiring for multiple Resident Specialist positions at several luxury condominiums. Full-time and part time positions are available for day shift, 2nd shift and graveyard. Weekend positions are available for day shift, 2nd shift and graveyard as well. After three months of employment (experienced candidates sooner), candidates become eligible to accept on-call positions (usually graveyard shift) at $40/hr.

Responsibilities Include:

Welcoming and acknowledge each resident and guest with a smile.
Eye contact and friendly greeting using names when possible address service needs in a professional positive and timely manner.
Anticipating service needs including asking questions to better understand needs.
Listening to preferences and acting on them whenever possible.
Scheduling use of the common element amenities, spaces and freight elevator for movement of bulk items or move in/move out activities.

Former front desk, residential, and/or customer service experience preferred. Drug and background checks are required.
