Residential Yard Care Account Manager


Job Description;
We are seeking a Residential Yard Care Account Manager to oversee and manage our residential client accounts. This role focuses on customer satisfaction, service quality, and account growth for homeowners. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and knowledgeable in lawn care and landscape maintenance.

5-10% commission pay
1 fill of fuel tank per week free
2500 customers to visit and meet
6 crews to meet and manage
Need to be bilingual if possible
Monday-Friday 6:30am-3pm
Saturday 8am-12pm (optional)
Shop is located 89110
Need to know plants and trees names
Identify plants and tree diseases
Name rocks and landscape materials
Understand irrigation conditions and repairs
Understand irrigation timers
Under standard landscape lighting conditions

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned residential clients
• Conduct property visits to evaluate lawn and landscape conditions
• Coordinate and schedule routine services such as mowing, trimming, cleanups, mulch installation, and seasonal services
• Ensure work is completed to company quality standards
• Address homeowner questions, concerns, and service requests promptly
• Perform regular quality inspections and follow up with crews as needed
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services to homeowners
• Prepare estimates and proposals for residential services
• Assist with billing accuracy and follow up on past-due accounts
• Maintain detailed account notes, photos, and service records

Qualifications
• Experience in residential lawn care or landscaping (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Basic knowledge of turf care, plants, and seasonal maintenance
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable using mobile apps or basic computer systems
