This is an Independent Contractor / Booth Rental opportunity for an ambitious beauty professional looking to run their own business in a lively, supportive setting dedicated to beauty excellence.
Rather than a traditional hourly position, this arrangement allows you to be your own boss, manage your own schedule, and keep 100% of your service profits.
The rental rate is $185 per week with a security deposit required upon signing.

Responsibilities
Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring precise placement and natural-looking results.
Shape, tint, and groom eyebrows to suit each client’s facial features and preferences (including brow lamination, hair threading, etc.).
Independently manage your own client book and appointment scheduling (use of salon booking software like Millennium, MINDBODY, or Acuity is highly recommended to optimize your client flow).
Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards within your rented workspace to ensure a hygienic environment for clients.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively, understanding client needs, and offering personalized aesthetic recommendations.
Market your business and promote your services or retail products through engaging client interactions and social media.
Qualifications
Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in eyelash extensions, brow shaping, and aesthetic treatments.
Must hold an active Florida Cosmetology or Esthetician license.
Additional training in advanced aesthetic procedures is a plus.
Strong business management skills with the ability to handle your own client communication and front-desk logistics efficiently.
Familiarity with salon scheduling software and social media platforms to actively promote your services and engage with clients online.
A professional, friendly, and energetic approach to guest services.
Ability to perform additional aesthetic procedures (e.g., body waxing, dermabrasion, or chemical peels) as permitted by your license and business goals.
