Homeland is hiring a reliable, organized Tenant Services Manager to support daily operations across our real estate and property management business.

This is a hands-on, get-it-done role. You will help complete tasks, stay organized, and keep things moving across the team.

What You’ll Do

Complete tasks assigned by leadership and operations
Make calls, coordinate vendors, and follow up on open items
Help track tasks and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Support day-to-day operations across properties
Assist with small projects and ongoing work
Help respond to tenant requests when needed
Assist with work orders and basic tenant communication
Provide backup support at other properties
Administrative Support
Help with hiring coordination and onboarding
Handle documents using tools like DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat
Simple Project & Marketing Tasks
Help coordinate projects like “For Lease” signage (design, permit, install)
Update website content
Post simple social media updates
