We are looking for a Night Clean Up Crew member to join our team. This is a two-person team that mainly cleans the kitchen, restaurant, and gift shop. This position is full-time, 5 shifts per week. The shift is from 4:00am to 12:00pm.

Main job duties and tasks:
Deep clean kitchen equipment including:
- Fryer
- Grill vent grates and grill grates
- Kitchen mats

Other tasks:
- Change fryer oil
- Clean table tops and banquets
- Clean outside and inside chairs
- Sweep and mop all inside and outside floors
- Clean and restock fireplaces
- Clean multiple large to small windows
- Sweeping/leaf blowing walkways, stairs and parking areas
- Garbage removal to dumpsters
- Vacuuming and dusting surfaces
- Clean restrooms (sinks, toilets, showers, floors and counters)
- Other projects assigned by the Facilities Manager

Required Abilities:
- Lift and carry up to maximum of 60lb for a maximum distance of 200ft.
- Repetitive pushing and pulling of broom, mop, window brush/squidgy, vacuum cleaner, mop bucket, stacked kitchen mats,
- Walk up and down stairs, steep ramps and ladders, while carrying equipment
- Must be organized, independent and self-motivated, dependable, detail oriented, flexible in scheduling and prioritization, and an excellent communicator.
- Conducts self in a manner reflecting credit on the company and encourages others to do the same.

Preferred Abilities:
- Work well in a team environment
- Read, write and speak English and Spanish
- Past cleaning restaurant experience
