Certified Massage Therapist
Rise and Be Well | Fort Bragg, California

Are you passionate about helping people heal, relax, and reconnect with their bodies? We'd love to welcome you to our team.

Rise and Be Well is an eco-luxury wellness center located on the beautiful Mendocino Coast, offering massage therapy, facials, yoga, float therapy, sound therapy, sauna, hot tubs, and other holistic wellness services. We're looking for a compassionate, professional Certified Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness community.

Whether you're an experienced therapist or newer to the profession, this is an opportunity to build your own thriving practice within a supportive, collaborative wellness center.

What Makes This Opportunity Different?

As an Independent Contractor, you'll enjoy the freedom of running your own practice without the financial investment or day-to-day responsibilities of opening your own business.

We provide:

? Beautiful, fully furnished treatment rooms

? Massage tables, linens, oils, lotions, and all treatment supplies

? Booking and scheduling software

? Payment processing

? Marketing and promotional support

? Front desk reception and client communication

? An established client base with opportunities to continue growing

Instead of paying booth rent or purchasing your own supplies, you'll receive 60% commission on all massage services you provide and 100% of your tips.

Our goal is to create a collaborative wellness collective where practitioners can focus on providing exceptional care while we provide the tools, systems, and support needed to help everyone succeed.

We're Looking for Someone Who
Holds a current California Massage Therapy certification (CAMTC or equivalent)
Is dependable, professional, and compassionate
Has excellent communication and client care skills
Is passionate about helping people improve their health and well-being
Enjoys building long-term relationships with clients
Is motivated to grow their clientele and contribute to a positive team environment
Values collaboration, integrity, and exceptional service

Experience in multiple massage modalities is a plus, but we're equally interested in finding someone who is eager to learn, grow, and become part of our wellness community.

Why Rise and Be Well?

Imagine ending your workday with a walk on the beach, a hike through the redwoods, or a yoga class just down the hall.

At Rise and Be Well, we're building more than a spa—we're creating a wellness community where practitioners support one another, clients feel genuinely cared for, and everyone has the opportunity to grow.

If you're looking for a place where you can build your own business without building it alone, we'd love to hear from you. Visit our website for more info: www.riseandbewell.com
