Position Details

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings as needed
Location: Montecito Village Salon

Responsibilities:

Provide professional hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, blowouts, and treatments.
Consult with clients to determine their hair care needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and products.
Assist with salon operations and team support as needed.
Promote retail products and salon services.

Qualifications

Current cosmetology license required.
Minimum [1-2] years of salon experience preferred.
Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and motivated to grow your clientele.
