We are a small, laid back office with 1 doctor, 1 assistant, 1 full-time hygienist(YOU), 1 part-time hygienist(one day a week) and 1 office manager. We have multiple employees that have been here over 15 years. We are a close knit group that works together in a timely fashion.

Qualifications/Experience:
Current Dental Hygienist license in Illinois (new graduates welcome)
CPR Certification
Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and medical history documentation
Proficient in Eaglesoft(not required), digital x-rays, electronic medical records systems
Comfortable working in a busy environment

Key Responsibilities:
One hour prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing(per side)
Apply fluoride and sealants when needed
Sterilization of own instruments
Screening for oral disease and periodontal charting
Collaborate with our team to ensure efficient office operations

Scheduled Office Hours (start times can be flexible, but must work evening hours):
Monday 7:30 AM(first patient 8:00am) – 7:00 PM
Tuesday 7:30 AM(first patient 8:00am) – 8:00 PM(flexible)
Thursday 7:30 AM(first patient 8:00am) – 7:00 PM
Friday 7:30 AM(first patient 8:00am) – 2:00 PM

Compensation/Benefits:
