What began as a Chicagoland measure-and-installation company is now growing into a trusted nationwide resource for motorization retrofits, custom motorized drapery tracks and cut-down services — while we continue to provide professional Measure & Installation with four service technicians throughout the Chicagoland area.

This is a full-time, in-office, 40hrs per week position. Work from home is not an option.

OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:
(MUST be versed in Excel)

? Create and send out new invoices
...Enter all invoices created into MWT’s internal Excel invoice spreadsheet
...Check and balance paid invoices with internal Excel spreadsheet

? Bank Deposits
...Deposit any checks received
...Match checks, Zelle, Venmo, and Credit Card payments to invoices
...Mark off on MWT’s internal “invoice spreadsheet” any and all payments or deposits received

? General Office Management
...Respond and assist to Sales, Scheduling or Warehouse personnel
...File invoices and quote paperwork
...Order all office and warehouse supplies
...Pay all bills
...Assist in distributing quote requests
...Assist in client services
...Assist owner to oversee and delegate work

? Insurance
...Manage payments for general office insurance and installers
...Assist in gathering and assembling yearly audit information

FULL-CHARGE BOOKKEEPING RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:
(MUST be versed with Quickbooks)
