Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality men’s haircuts, beard trims, and hot towel/shave services

- Conduct thorough client consultations and educate clients on retail products

- Maintain a 30-minute haircut cadence while delivering an elevated experience

- Focus on client retention, rebooking, and maintaining a clean workstation

Qualifications

- Active Michigan Barber or Cosmetology License (Required)

- Experience in men’s grooming

- Reliable, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills

- Established client base is a plus, but motivated book-builders are welcome
