Our engineering consulting firm is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper to oversee our billing and project accounting operations. In this role, you will manage complex project-based invoicing, track project milestones, and ensure accurate financial tracking. The ideal candidate has strong corporate accounting experience, a deep understanding of time-and-materials billing, and excellent organizational skills.

Must have experience with construction type billing submittals, AIA Billing Forms, Lien Waivers, and Intuit QuickBooks
