Bluebonnet Reserve apartments is currently seeking career-driven Leasing Agents to join our team.

Ideal candidates will have a background in leasing, sales, customer service or hospitality and will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment while providing positive resident relations and ensuring maximum occupancy. Leasing experience is extremely helpful but not required.

He/she will be expected to work 40 hours per week and have each Sunday off and an additional day off during the week. Saturday employment will be necessary the bulk of the time.

Duties:
• Effectively explains all lease and community policies to new and current residents
• Accurately and efficiently prepares and assists with all leasing paperwork
• Collects security deposits, rent and all other funds associated with resident moves
• Conducts follow-up activity with all residents in order to establish positive resident relations
• Attends and assists in the coordination and organization of resident relations and activities
• Supports the overall marketing efforts of the community
