We're growing into the preferred in-home delivery provider for major retailers, delivering and setting up furniture and bedding at white glove service levels. Our drivers and installers rely on you to keep their day running smoothly.

Job Purpose:
Coordinate and track daily deliveries and set-ups to customers' homes, keeping teams of independent contractors on schedule and customers informed in a bi-lingual environment.

Duties:

Build and adjust daily delivery routes and schedules
Monitor delivery trucks in real time using GPS and verify each stop after completion
Communicate with drivers, installers, stores, and customers about delivery windows, delays, and changes
Report and follow up on shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, and in-home damage issues
Keep accurate records of deliveries, returns, and inventory
Support the Operations Manager with daily and weekly reports
Promote safe practices and follow company procedures

What you bring:

Excellent communication and phone skills
Strong scheduling, organization, and multitasking ability
Dependability, persistence, and the ability to stay calm when plans change
Customer-focused attitude
Computer proficiency (routing or GPS software experience is helpful but not required)

A plus: Bi-lingual in Spanish (preferred, not required)

Dispatch experience is a plus, but not required. We train you on our systems and processes. You bring the willingness to learn and the drive to keep the day on track.

Schedule: Locations are typically open 5 days per week, with exceptions for holidays or operational changes. Your schedule will be discussed during the interview, and multiple schedules may be available.

Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job.
