We are looking for a reliable, organized Property Manager for rental properties in the Dayton, Ohio area.

Responsibilities
- Tenant placement: market vacancies, conduct showings, screen applicants, and prepare leases-
- Handle maintenance requests and coordinate contractors and repairs
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and manage unit turnovers
- Serve as the main contact for tenants and enforce lease terms
- Follow up on late rent and send regular updates to ownership

Requirements
- Property management or leasing experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule
- Honest, dependable, and detail-oriented
