We run flatbed, stepdeck, conestoga, reefer and dry van trailers.

Freight is steady all year, winter included, so you won't be sitting around waiting for loads.
We take care of our drivers and we're looking for people who want to stay with us long term.

Most of our trucks are 2023-2026 Freightliner Cascadias, set up with everything you need to work comfortably on the road.
We have our own repair shop, so the equipment is always in top shape.

PAY
• Flatbed, stepdeck and conestoga: 32% of gross. Our trucks gross $12,000-$16,000 a week, which comes to $3,840-$5,120 a week for you.
• Reefer and dry van: 30% of gross. Trucks gross $10,000-$15,000 a week, which comes to $3,000-$4,500.
• Team drivers: 32% of gross
• Owner-operators: 88% of gross
• Company drivers can choose CPM instead, starting at $0.80/mile
• Bonuses up to $500 for clean DOT inspections

LEASE TO OWN
• Lease a 2024-27 truck and keep 88% of the gross
• Our trucks gross $10,000-$16,000 a week, so your 88% comes to $8,800-$14,080 before fuel, the truck payment and other expenses
• Pick your trailer: flatbed, stepdeck, conestoga, reefer or dry van
• Maintenance in our own shop, 24/7 driver support

? THE JOB
• 3,000-4,200 miles a week, steady loads all year
• 3-4 weeks on the road
• If you live in or near Illinois, you can be home every 2 weeks
• 1099 position, paid weekly

REQUIREMENTS
• Class A CDL and 2+ years of verifiable OTR experience, including 6+ months on the trailer type you'll run
• Clean record, no SAP (minor violations OK; not-at-fault accidents OK with a police report)
