We're Big Bear Express, a 21-truck family-owned flatbed/conestoga fleet out of Coopersville, MI. We run a tight network of mostly direct customers, not hunting and pecking around the country. That's how our drivers are home on weekends.

WHAT OUR COMPANY DRIVERS ACTUALLY MADE IN 2026 (not "up to"):
- Typical week: $1,600-$2,200. Median: $1,826.
- 25% of gross trucking revenue, plus 50% of detention and TONU
- Averaged 92 cents for every mile driven, including the drive to and from home
- Paid every Friday, direct deposit
- Every dispatch sheet shows exactly what we were paid for the load. No games.

HOME TIME:
- Last stop Friday afternoon, back out Monday morning on most weeks
- One Saturday stop in nine months
- Take the truck home on weekends
- Holiday pay and vacation pay

BENEFITS:
- Medical, dental and vision, with the company paying 100% of the premium
- Benefits start the 1st of the month after 60 days

EQUIPMENT:
- Kenworths (manual and automatic), every truck with a TV, microwave, fridge and inverter
- Reitnouer conestogas with Verduyn tarp systems
- Our own 4-bay shop. No retreads.
- Company fuel card and credit card. In-truck scanners.

The owner drove the first truck himself. You'll have his cell number. Our drivers say: "I can talk to the owner if I don't feel I'm being treated right, which is almost never."

REQUIREMENTS:
- CDL-A with 2 years of experience
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No SAP
