SmartThreads is a fast-growing women's fashion company and one of the largest fashion-selling accounts on the Whatnot platform with over 1 million transactions! We are looking for a fun, outgoing, and high-energy personality to join our growing team as a full-time, in-person Live Shopping Host (Monday – Friday).

• Pay Range: $14.75 – $30.00 / Hour
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday (Consistent weekday hours, no weekends!)
• Type: Direct hire, standard W-2 payroll (No agency fees)

What you will do:
- Lead live Whatnot video streams presenting and selling women's fashion directly to our community.
- Present clothing pieces live on camera, highlighting their fit, style, features, and styling potential.
- Keep the stream conversation lively, chat with viewers, build relationships with regular customers, and drive live sales.
- Set up your own clothing racks, help curate your shows, and choose which pieces to feature.
- Create short-form video content (TikTok/Instagram style) to promote upcoming livestreams.

*Note: Our dedicated operations team handles all inventory sourcing and shipping so you can focus entirely on putting on an amazing show!

What we are looking for:

Experience in live selling, luxury retail, hospitality, content creation, acting, or theater/performing is a big plus, but no prior livestreaming experience is required—we will train the right personality!
