This is a dedicated lane for Big Bear Express, a 21-truck family-owned flatbed/conestoga fleet. Same outbound customer, same docks, same schedule.

THE RUN:
- Potterville, MI to Cedar Rapids, IA, Sunday through Thursday
- Show up in Potterville at 6 pm. Trailer is preloaded, so strap/chain and go.
- Delivers direct to our customer's dock in Cedar Rapids
- Outbound runs overnight: leave Potterville at 6 pm, deliver Cedar Rapids around 2 am. Empty roads, no Chicago rush hour.
- Live-load backhaul out of eastern Iowa to the Detroit area, then back to Potterville
- Usually 2 turns one week, 3 the next

WHAT THE DRIVERS ON THIS RUN ACTUALLY MADE IN 2026 (not "up to"):
- Average week: $1,839. Most weeks: $1,550 to $2,075.
- About 2,300 miles a week door to door, 1,760 of them loaded
- About $764 per round trip: $432 out, about $330 on the backhaul
- 25% of gross trucking revenue, plus 50% of detention and TONU
- Paid every Friday, direct deposit
- Every dispatch sheet shows exactly what we were paid for the load. No games.

The owner drove the first truck himself. You'll have his cell number.

REQUIREMENTS:
- CDL-A with 2 years of experience
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No SAP
