* All mile pay - company up to 0.70 per mile, rental 85%/15% split for solo, 87%/13% for team

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

* Minimum 1 year of OTR driving experience
* Travel in all 48 states
* Minimum of 3-4 weeks On the road
* Winter driving, in NW regions
* Good communication skills
* Knowledge of Pre and Post trips inspections

HOME TIME

* For every 3-4 on the road enjoy 3-4 days of home time
* Flexible home time
