Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Needed in Duluth
Pay: $18.50/hour
Flexible scheduling — up to 10 hours/day available (can be shared among 2–3 people)

Karen is a warm, caring woman going through a difficult chapter. She needs reliable support and is seeking dependable Personal Care Assistant(s) to help her at home. She is recovering from a broken hip, currently wheelchair?bound, and receives PCA benefits that allow for up to 10 hours of care per day. Scheduling can be divided among multiple caregivers.

Responsibilities
Light housekeeping

Meal preparation

Assistance with daily living (bathing, dressing, transfers from wheelchair)

Running errands and shopping

Transportation to medical appointments

Requirements
Dependable and reliable

Non?smoker

Comfortable around dogs

Valid driver’s license, insurance, and dependable vehicle

Able to pass Minnesota PCA background check

Kind, patient, respectful, and conscientious demeanor

Preferences
Openness to healthy, simple meal preparation

Previous PCA or caregiving experience

Willingness to collaborate with Karen on a steady, consistent schedule
