Pay and Earnings
• $80,000–$100,000+ first year
• $0.62 + CPM base pay - Based on Experience
• Up to $0.05 CPM fuel and safety bonus (paid quarterly)
• Regional drivers: additional $0.05 CPM
• $0.10 + CPM extra for over-dimensional loads
• $25 per extra stop
• $40–$80 per tarping
• $25 DOT inspection bonus (no violations)
• $3,000 unlimited driver referral bonus (For company Drivers) $1,000 for (Lease Purchase)

• Regional

Freight and Lanes
• Flatbed, Specialized and Conestoga freight
• Dedicated customers and some dedicated lanes
• PC Miler Practical Miles
• Freight is steady and moving year-round
Equipment
• Late-model Peterbilt 389 or 579, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth T680s
• Manual or Automatic
• Flatbed, Conestoga, Stepdeck, RGN
• Equipment serviced weekly
• Transportation provided to our terminal

Requirements
• OTR drivers must have 1 year of OTR experience
• Clean driving record
